Payments and Shipping
All Items are shipped from zip Code 42702 in Elizabethtown Kentucky. Pickup in this area is free, but the item(s) must be paid for by PayPal before delivery.
- Shipping Calculator -
For your convenience we have installed a shipping calculator which allows buyers within the contiguous United States to see what the estimated shipping and handling charge will be without creating an account first. To use this feature please add all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. When you view your cart, you will see a box that asks for the state and zip code where you want your order delivered. Both fields are required. After you input this information click "Show Shipping". Your estimate will show under item line total. Please note this is just an estimate and does not take special shipping needs into consideration. If you have problems receiving a shipping estimate please complete this form.
- Basic Shipping -
A Flat Shipping and Handling Fee will be added to the purchase price for a single item shipped in the contiguous United States. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling cost, if any, if they want their purchase shipped to a Post Office Box. Please remember, FedEx, UPS and other carriers will not deliver to a Post Office Box. The buyer is also responsible for additional shipping and handling cost for extraordinary shipping request such as but not limited to, overnight delivery, etc. We normally ship within 2 business days after payment funds have cleared. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
- Shipping to APO / FPO -
We will happily ship to APOs and FPOs. Items must adhere to all APO/FPO policies.Items weighing under 13 ounces will be shipped by First Class Mail unless the Buyer agrees to pay the extra Postage for Priority Mail. Please remember, First Class Mail can take much longer to reach its destination than Priority Mail.
- Shipping to a Post Office Box -
Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping cost, if any, if they want their purchase shipped to a Post Office Box. Please remember, FedEx, UPS and other carriers will not deliver to a Post Office Box.
- E-Mail -
If you do not receive an email with your tracking / delivery confirmation information, within three days of placing your order, please check your bulk or spam e-mail folder. A spam filter may have kept it from reaching your primary in-box. To ensure delivery to your inbox and proper showing of images please add our information to your address book.
-Paying with PayPal -
We accept PayPal as a means of Payment. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal when paying with your major credit card. - International Shipping and Payments -
We do not ship "Worldwide" If your shipping address is outside the contiguous United States you may request a shipping quote by Completing and Sending this Form. All fields are required. International buyers are also responsible for any and all additional fees and taxes associated with shipping their item(s). We will NOT claim the item(s)purchased as a gift on the custom form. We will NOT accept mailed Money Orders or Personal Checks for international orders. All International orders must be paid for thru PayPal in United States funds. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase. International Buyers please remember, though we will usually ship your order within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment, we have no control over the time it takes the carrier to deliver your order.
- Coupons -
Periodically exclusive offers will be available to our customers who have signed up for our Mailing List. Coupons cannot be used with any other offer and are limited to a one time use. Discounts do not include shipping and handling or any applicable tax. Instructions are given on the checkout page. It is the Buyer's responsibility to take advantage of these offers. No discounts will be given after orders are placed and paid for.
Returns
Please check your order for shipping damage as soon as possible upon receipt. We take pride in our packaging system, but realize rarely accidents do occur. Keep all packaging, etc. as we may need photographs of the damage. Returns are only accepted if item(s) have been grossly misrepresented in the listing. Listing includes description and photographs. Refunds will be in the form of money back of the purchase price. Any and All Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling cost. Item must be returned in the original or similiar packaging and shipping material. To avoid any misunderstandings about an item please contact us with any questions before purchasing. Any tampering with any item(s) voids a return Any item that has been modified or used cannot be returned Though we test each electrical item before listing and again before shipping, we cannot guarantee how long any item will be operational especially our Antique and Vintage items.
